This one workout is performed 2 – 3 times a week with at least a days rest in between. Often accompanied with a gallon of milk a day.

The Workout

1. Behind the neck Press: 3 x 12

3 sets of 12 reps

2. Squat

1 set of 20 reps supersetted with:

3. Barbell Pullovers

1 set of 20 reps

4. Bench press

3 sets of 12 reps

5. Bent Over Row

3 sets of 12 reps

6. Stiff leg deadlift

1 set of 15 reps
